This report is a critical appraisal of three web-sites. The category chosen for this assignment was : Educational Institutions in Queensland. The websites that were reviewed were:

1. Queensland University of Technology :
http://www.qut.edu.au

2. South Bank Institute of TAFE : http://www.southbank.tafe.net

3. Central Queensland University : http://www.cqu.edu.au/

To start with, very basic usability tests were done. Attempts were made to extract two pieces of information:
a. Finding courses in the field of Visual Arts
b. Finding a way to correspond with the institute via email or telephone
